Meet Le Mu

Le - meaning "the" in French

Mu - meaning "pig" in Laotian

“Mu” is particularly special because it was Chef Sav’s epithet growing up; his family lovingly referred to him as "mu noi" or “little pig”. While the name “pig” may sound insulting or harsh to an American ear, in Laotian culture it is held as a term of endearment.
